As Cheshire west and Chester have now been placed in tier 4 so we have had to temporarily close our bespoke service until further notice for the third time this year. Our online shop will still be open during this time.

All appointments that have been booked up until 13th January 2021 have all been contacted and cancelled all appointments will be rearranged after the next tier announcement on the 13th January. We will be offering virtual consultations via zoom so we can still talk to you about your ideas for any bespoke orders we can produce sketches and send fabric samples out to your home address.

We are now back open now Englands Lockdown has ended! We cannot wait to welcome you all back into Chantilly Bloom. We have the same COVID 19 measures in place as we did before temporarily closing for the national lockdown.

You can bring ONE other person with you to your consultation or fitting from the same household/support bubble. Masks must be worn when entering Chantilly Bloom and must not be removed. If you can't wear a mask due to medical reasons please let us know when you're booking your appointment.

We have the COVID 19 NHS track and trace system in place so when you first arrive we'd all you to scan our QR code. If you don't have the app on your phone we can manually take down your details.

If you or any member of your household comes down with symptoms of COVID 19, or has been told to self isolate due to coming into contact with someone with COVID 19 please do not come into Chantilly Bloom. If you start to feel unwell before your appointment including any of the symptoms a COUGH, TEMPERATURE, LOSS OF TASTE/SMELL please let us know and rearrange your appointment.


Chantilly Bloom is temporarily closed from the 5th November until 2nd December 2020 after the governments announcement of a second lockdown in England. We will be monitoring the situation closely and looking out for updates from the government; we will update you accordingly. We can't wait to welcome you back into CB for fittings and consultations.

We have contacted and rearranged all our bespoke appointments, if you'd like to make an appointment for when we are allowed to reopen in December then please get in touch! Please know we are still here for you by phone, email or social media! I would like to thank you all for your support over the last few months since we were able to reopen in July. We can get through this all together, stay safe and we will see you soon!

Chantilly Bloom is now open back up fully for business for consultations and fittings. We are asking for 6-8 weeks notice for bespoke orders to allow time with new covid procedures to be put in place. When fabrics come into Chantilly Bloom they are taken out of the packaging and quarantined for 72 hours to reduce the risk of spreading the Coronavirus.

When arriving at Chantilly Bloom we have a QR code for you to use to check into the NHS Track and Trace app, if you do not have a phone that supports this we will record your details manually.

Masks will need to be worn before entering the studio; if you cannot wear a mask for medical reasons please let us know prior to your appointment. I will be asking all customers to use our hand sanitiser upon arrival. Disposable Masks and gloves can also be provided if needed. These will need to be worn during all fittings for aslong as social distancing is required; I will be wearing a mask and visor during appointments to help protect you.

Fittings & Consultations

Fittings and consultations are going to have restrictions in place to ensure we are covid secure. We have always been an appointment only business we do not allow walk ins. We are asking that people come alone to fittings and consultations where possible as this helps with social distancing in our studio as we are restricted in regards of space for fittings. Where this is not possible we are allowing ONE other person from the same household or support bubble. We would like to reassure all our CB girls that we are doing everything we possibly can during COVID 19. I am wearing a mask and gloves during the process of making every dress; when work has completed on a dress before moving onto a separate garment all worktops and machines are cleaned. I have always had a really good routine of washing my hands during the working day as I have always been conscious of marks being made on fabrics so continually washing my hands is part of the daily routine in CB. After every client I will be cleaning essential areas including door handles, fitting room, consultation areas and having windows open to help keep the air in the room fresh. Our fabric samples and books and sprayed with disinfectant before and after every appointment. Each dress is hung on the rail in a plastic dress bag during the process of getting a dress made. After every fitting I cannot work on the dress for 72 hours this reduces the risk of spreading covid 19 through fabrics.

Prom Fittings (this will apply for any fittings for customers under the age of 18)

We have limited space inside the studio only one person from the same household can come with the CB girl and they will be restricted to having to stay in our seating area through the duration of the fitting. I will step back at the end of the fitting to allow the parent/guardian to move closer and get a better look. When entering the studio I will be asking all customers to use our hand sanitiser, disposable Masks and gloves will also be provided. These will need to be worn during all fittings for aslong as social distancing is required.

Entering/Exiting the building

I will be asking for all CB girls to wait outside where possible and to ring our number 01244 794 511 upon arrival to ensure we are cleaned and ready for you. Masks must be worn when you arrive at Chantilly Bloom, if you've forgotten yours we have some disposable masks available next to the hand sanitiser upon entry. I will no longer booking appointments back to back to allow time for cleaning before/after appointments. Hand sanitiser is available to be used whenever you wish through out the appointment.
