RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

As all our products are handmade we except 

exchanges only.

If you have purchased any of our ready to buy items and it is faulty we can offer a full refund or will fix the item for you

within 28 days of purchase. If the item has been altered to fit we cannot offer a refund as it has been altered to fit you specifically. We are happy to alter the item further to fix anything you might not be happy with.

What about Chantilly Bloom bespoke dresses? 

As we make your dress to your measurements and to the fabric and style of your choice. During the fitting process if you're unsure or aren't happy with your item we can alter your dress during the fittings process.

We cannot offer refunds as made to measure dresses cannot be resold we make the dresses to fit you specifically to your measurements.

BESPOKE SERVICE FAQ

How long does it take to use the bespoke service from start to finish?

We would say to allow 6-8 weeks from start to finish when to order and for the arrival of your chosen fabric. This allows plenty of time for fittings. During our busy period March-July we ask for as much notice as possible so we can best manage our work load, we would hate to tell you we were fully booked! 

Ive started having my dress made but I'm not sure?

 

When you come to your first fitting we always prewarn you that your dress will look nothing like you will imagine this is the stage were we can tweak and focus on the fit. If you're unsure on necklines, you'd like your dress more fitted now is the time to say as we can easily tweak.

Any complete style changes may come at an extra cost if more fabric needs to be purchased.

When is the right time to get a wedding dress made?

I always recommend that you never get your dress made for a special occasion too far in advance.

For bridal depending on the style of dress you'd like we would recommend up to 6 months before but this can be discussed at your consultation once we have an idea on what kinds of dress you would like and how much work is required.

 

When would I start coming in for fittings?

 

We recommend starting your bespoke dress no more than 3 months before the event. This enables the best possible fit, I understand if you like to be super organised and would rather have your dress earlier. Any alterations that are needed on dresses after they've been collected will be charged extra. 

 

What is the payment process?

 

When you come to your consultation there is no obligation to book your order you can go away and think about it. Once you've made your decision to proceed we ask for a non refundable deposit of £20 to secure your order. Bridal and bridesmaid orders require 25% of the total price as a deposit to secure your order.

When its time for fabric to be ordered half of the balance is due we cannot order any fabric without having this in place. Once fabric has been purchased unfortunately a refund cannot be given. Any amount paid over the half balance will be refunded if no work on your bespoke dress has started. If your event has been postponed or cancelled we will happily move your order to a later date with no extra charge. As every dress is made to measure we cannot resell a dress.

The final balance is due on collection of your bespoke dress, your dress will not be given to you without proof of this.

READY TO BUY FAQ

Do you sell items ready to buy?

If you follow us on social media you will be aware that we do sell one off items ready to buy, we offer these items to be altered to fit. For this service you will need to book in for a fitting appointment at out studio in Widnes, Cheshire.

Seen something from our ready to buy you like but not got your size?

 

Get in touch! We can make your item in house for you

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to be made and sent out to you, if we have the fabric in stock. We will try our hardest to get your item out to you as quick as we can!

 

How do I return an item for an exchange?

Your ready to buy items arrived and it's the wrong size? 

Get in touch and we can swap it for you as long as the tags are still attached and unworn.

If we don't have it in stock we can make it for you in house

 

 

What is your ready to buy returns policy?

 

We pride ourselves on offering the best quality and service

that so if you're not happy with your item we can exchange for an alternative size from our ready to buy collection. If we haven't got your replacement size in stock we will make another one for you but please allow manufacturing timescale of 1-2 weeks 

Any CB ready to buy items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order with four days allowed for postage please ensure you have sent your order back within 6 days of receipt.

If any item is not in its original condition, has been damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error will be non returnable.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

If you are local you are more than happy to come along and collect your order or try any of our items on from our ready to buy collections. 

For the rest of the UK we will send out your order to you for an extra £2!

At this moment in time we unfortunately do not deliver outside of the UK.
